Haven Primary School Before and After School Care (BHPS BASC) OSCAR Programme –
Terms & Conditions
I agree and acknowledge:

| Before School Care = | $5 per day |
| After School Care = | Full Time = $15 per day, per child |
| Part Time = $5 until 4pm (after 4pm a full day will be charged) |
Bookings & Attendance
- The number of attendees is regulated by OSCAR, and the programme must adhere to this directive when accepting bookings.
- Priority is given to children with regular, ongoing bookings. Casual or part-time bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings will only be accepted if your account is up to date.
Payments
- Fees are to be paid weekly in advance.
- Parents/caregivers are responsible for ensuring their child/ren’s account is kept up to date.
- Accounts more than 2 weeks in arrears without consultation may be temporarily suspended until the account is paid in full.
- Outstanding payments can be accessed anytime via your AIMY dashboard.

Sign-In & Pick-Up
- Children must be signed in (Before School Care) and signed out (After School Care) daily by a nominated parent or caregiver on your AIMY profile.
- Prior arrangement with staff is required if someone other than the nominated person will collect your child.
- Children must be collected no later than 5:45pm. Late fees apply as follows: $5 for the first 10 minutes, then $1 per minute thereafter.
- If a child is not collected by closing time (5:45pm) and staff are unable to contact the parent/caregiver or emergency contacts, the programme will follow its non-collection procedure, which may include contacting authorities to ensure the child’s safety.
Booking Changes & Cancellations
- Charges are based on bookings made online via the AIMY programme, including absences due to illness or early collection. Discretion will be applied for long-term illness.
- Any booking changes must be notified to the programme coordinator at least one week in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance will be charged at the management team’s discretion.
Child Welfare & Safety
- Parents/caregivers must advise the supervisor of any situation, medical condition, or other circumstances that may affect the child.
- Behaviour consistently harmful to others or damaging to property may result in dismissal from the programme after appropriate measures have been explored.
- Parents/caregivers are responsible for keeping their child’s AIMY profile up to date, including all contact details.
- The supervisor may arrange any urgent medical treatment at the parent/caregiver’s cost.
Programme Supervision & Liability
- While under the management of Beach Haven OSCAR, employees and volunteer staff will provide proper supervision.
- Neither management, staff, nor volunteers accept personal liability for any act or omission arising during programme sessions or activities.
Privacy
