Part Time = $5 until 4pm (after 4pm a full day will be charged)
The number of attendees is regulated by Oscar and the programme must adhere to this directive when accepting bookings. Priority will be given to those with regular ongoing bookings. Casual or part time bookings are subject to availability. Bookings will only be accepted if your account is up to date.
Payments: Fees are to be paid weekly in advance. It is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to ensure their child/ren’s account is kept up to date. Accounts which become in arrears by more than 2 weeks without consultation may be temporarily suspended until such time as the account is brought up to date in full. You can access any outstanding payments on your AIMY dashboard at any time. If you need to discuss your account in detail, please contact office@beachhaven.school.nz .
Children must be signed in (before school care) and out (after school care) each day by a nominated parent or caregiver. Prior arrangement with staff is necessary if children are to be picked up by someone other than those outlined on the enrolment form.
To collect children from the centre no later than 5.45pm every day and to advise if someone other than the appointed person will be collecting. A late fee of $5 will apply for the first 10 mins you are late to collect, subsequently $1 a minute will be charged from 5.55pm.
Charges will apply based on bookings made online using the AIMY programme. This includes if your child is unwell or collected early from the programme. Discretion will be applied for long term illness.
Any changes to bookings will be need to notified to the programme co-ordinator one week in advance for charges to not apply.
Cancellation of any bookings less than two weeks in advance will be charged at the discretion of the management team.
To advise the supervisor of any situation which may disturb the child/ren and/or any medical or other relevant condition.
Behaviour which is consistently harmful to others or damaging of property may result in dismissal from the programme after possibilities have been explored.
It is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to ensure that the child’s profile on the AIME system is kept up to date. This applies to all contact details.
That the supervisor may arrange any necessary urgent medical treatment at my/our cost.
While under the management of Beach Haven OSCAR programme, it’s employees and volunteer staff will take care to provide proper supervision of all children. Neither the management, staff nor would-be employed staff shall have any personal liability in respect of any act of omission arising out of any session or activity of the childcare programme.
